ABOUT

Hi I'm Rasha.

I built Circle 108 because I kept having the conversations that mattered in private — over coffee, in voice notes, after the meeting ended. This is where they happen out loud.

A BIT ABOUT ME

Still figuring it out.
Same as you.

I've spent years in rooms where I was the only woman, the youngest person, or both. Some of those rooms taught me a lot. Some of them taught me what I didn't want to repeat.

Circle 108 isn't a finished idea — it's an arc I'm in the middle of, same as everyone who joins it. I don't have all the answers. I just kept noticing that the best conversations I had with other women never made it into a room big enough for more people to hear them. So I'm building that room.

THIS SEASON

What I'm carrying right now.

A small, honest update — not a brand voice, just where my head is as this circle takes.

READING

Whatever's on the nightstand

This space will hold whatever book, article, or voice note has actually shifted something for me lately — not a curated list, just what's true.

SITTING WITH

A question I haven't answered yet

Each season, I'll share the question that's been on my mind — often the same one I bring into the first conversation of that season.

AROUND ME

A small window into the everyday

Where I'm working from, what a normal week looks like, what's making this season feel different. Texture, not performance.

WHY NOW
"I almost didn't start this. I had every reason to wait — for the 'right' moment, the bigger budget, the perfect plan. But the women I most wanted in this room are busy now. Building now. Figuring it out now. So it had to start now, even small, even imperfect."
A BILINGUAL CIRCLE

English and Arabic. Both, natively.

Circle 108 doesn't translate into Arabic — it thinks in both languages. As the circle grows, Arabic content will be written natively, not converted: its own conversations, its own rhythm, its own voice. Because a platform that's truly from this region has to sound like it.

“Some things are said better in Arabic. Some land harder in English. The circle knows the difference — and makes room for both.”
E
“It's the only recurring thing in my calendar I never move. No pitches, no agenda — just real conversation.”
J
“I came for the guest. I stayed for the room. Every woman on that call had something worth hearing.”
